We further disclaim any and all liability arising out of any arrangement between you and any real estate developer. Any services or products made available by such developer are at its sole risk and without any representations or warranties, express or implied, indemnities, or support of any kind from us. We assume you will take a reasonable and reasoned decision and make all relevant enquiries in relation to all your transactions and interactions with the developer, and all responsibility for determining whether the services or the information provided to you is accurate or sufficient for your purposes lies with you. We shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions of any third party including the developer.
